Halma is our parent company and is a global group of life-saving technology companies. Named as one of Britain’s Most Admired Companies, its group of around 45 companies provides innovative products and services that help solve many of the key problems facing the world today.
Its purpose is to grow a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day. This purpose was behind the long-term strategic process that brought Hanovia, Berson, Aquionics and Orca under one united company, Nuvonic. Halma employs over 7,000 people in more than 20 countries, with major operations in the UK, Mainland Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific. Halma is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100.
Halma Future Leaders Programme
The programme consists of four six-month rotations within the Halma group. There are opportunities to work within every one of our four sectors, experience different functional areas of business from product design and development to operations and live in one of the 19 countries where Halma operates.
We believe in continuous learning and invest heavily in individual development to help everyone across Halma to be their best self. As a Future Leader, you will work with people who strive to make a positive difference in the world.
Sustainability at Halma Group
Sustainability is an intrinsic part of Halma strategy and it is driven by its purpose. Each of the Halma companies is already making the world a safer, cleaner and healthier place by providing solutions to many of the key challenges facing the world today.
Our purpose defines the three broad market areas where we choose to operate - safety, environment, and health. These markets all have resilient, long-term growth drivers, including global efforts to address climate change, waste and pollution, increasing demand for healthcare and life-critical resources, and increasing health, safety and environmental regulation.
Around two-thirds of our revenue contributes towards the broad aims of four United Nations Sustainable Development Goals that are highly aligned with our purpose, products, and services. As we grow, our positive impact grows too.
