Alex started working with Hanovia in 2010 and was named Managing Director in 2022. He provides direction and control of the company's operations and gives strategic guidance to the board to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives.

Ken has 20 years of experience in UV technology. He focuses on UV applications that are optimised for the municipal, industrial, and aquatic sectors. He takes part in a number of corporate committees, including the Advanced Water Treatment Disinfection Committee, the Manufacturer's Council of the International Ultraviolet Association, and the Disinfection and Public Health Committee of the Water & Environment Federation.

Andy spent 10 years working as an engineer and now works as technical director with our group to hasten the production of fresh products for the market. He uses agile methodologies to expand the value of promoting a culture of continuous development. Before joining our team, he was the Engineering Manager in the IT industry.

Craig is in charge of overseeing all international activities, including our Shanghai manufacturing, US distribution, and our Air & Surface division in Cologne. He has 25 years of leadership and manufacturing expertise in aerospace industry, and he has developed a competent production, engineering, and logistics team by applying structure and procedure.

Helen has spent several years working on programmes related to managing sales teams, environmental protection, water treatment, and linked product sales. She has focused on the UV sector for more than 10 years and is the Regional Director for Asia Pacific.

Walter has 20 years of experience in the energy and technology market. He leads his growing team to work together towards the expansion of the company in line with the company's values and strategy as Regional Director for the EMEA.

Earn is a strategic thinker and uses cutting-edge technology as manager with over five years' experience developing the marketing strategy for B2B companies. He manages the region's entire P&L for the Americas providing profitable growth in accordance with the business plan, creation of initiatives for strategic expansion while upholding best standards for compliance and business operations.

Alexander joined the company in 2022 and his focus is the Air and Surface business sector. Before becoming part of the group, he held the position of Operations Manager and has extensive expertise in the food and beverage business. He is a skilled leader and particularly adept at process optimization, continuous quality, and customer service.

Erika has been committed to marketing her entire career and has a plethora of knowledge in strategic marketing thanks to her 17 years in the industry. She excels at establishing marketing taskforces and facilitating communication between divisions. She is a professional carrying out the strategies and plans that create brand coherence and boost sales around the globe.

Bhushan has worked for the organisation for 6 years and has more than 14 years of experience working in project, product, and lean management in the manufacturing sector. He has made significant strategic efforts to promote programmes for reducing costs and waste, transferring production lines, and pursuing quality and continuous improvement. Due to his experience working in a range of industries, he has a deep grasp of diverse operational and cost models.
