哈佛商业评论》颁发的高能团队奖
2021年11月，《哈佛商业评论》中文版与FESCO联合推出 “高能团队奖”，该奖项是基于《哈佛商业评论》中文版对众多知名企业的调研，以及对知名学者的访谈所达成的基本共识：”团队是组织长期发展的重要保障”。
高能团队奖 “打破了传统的评选模式。 它创新性地选择了 “项目团队 “作为衡量单位，并邀请组织管理专家和知名企业人力资源官员组成 “高能评审团”。 他们会发现并认可那些在组织中不断发展和超越自我的高能团队，并在未来探索新的企业管理方法。 目标是为优秀团队提供知名度和价值，为企业组织管理提供学习和借鉴经验，产生更大的社会价值。
审查包括对六个方面进行两轮严格筛选：
